Micah Avni
Founder and Chief Executive officer

Micah is among and most respected executives in the Israeli financial industry, and he is the chairman of the Association of Credit Companies. Micah served as a General Partner in the venture capital fund Jerusalem Global Ventures, and as an attorney at Yigal Arnon & Co. He holds a law degree from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University and the Recanati School of Business Administration at Tel Aviv University. He served as a combat soldier in the Golani Brigade.

Eyal Lior
Deputy CEO

Eyal served as Sales and Business Development Director of a foreign bank in Tel Aviv and held several executive positions in sales and marketing at Halman Aldubi Group and Excellence Nessuah. He earned a BA in Economics and MBA from the University of Haifa. In his military service, Eyal served as Radar technician in the Air Defence Corps (reserve).

Yaron Amzaleg

Veteran business executive with vast experience in senior management roles. Yaron served as CEO of Arkia during the COVID-19 crisis, and previously as its CFO and deputy CEO. Before that, Yaron served as CFO at Sonol. Yaron was also Chief Economist at Granite Hacarmel (part of Azrieli Group) and senior financial advisor at Ernst & Young’s economic department. Yaron is a certified accountant with a BA in accounting and finance from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He served as a combatant and a commander in the Givati Brigade’s Orev unit.

Kobi Motiv
VP Branch Development

Kobi is a veteran business executive with extensive experience in a variety of industries. He served as CEO of Gadot Chemical Terminals, L’Oreal Migdal HaEmek, and Cochav Aluminuim Co. In addition, Kobi held senior management positions at Strauss, S. Schestowitz, and the consulting company Tepen. He earned a BA in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Israel Institute of Technology (Technion), and an MBA in Business Administration from the Recanati School of Business Administration at Tel Aviv University.
In his military service, Kobi served as a combatant in Golani Brigade’s special forces and a Company commander, and today he volunteers in reserve service as an operations officer in Israel’s northern division Golan (LTC).

Haim Lessin
VP Financing Agencies

Haim has extensive experience in establishing and managing businesses, especially in the credit industry. He owned and managed for 15 years a lending firm specializing in SMB financing. A senior risk manager and compliance officer with extensive knowledge and in-depth understanding of the legal and risk management fields.

Michael Keren
Legal Counsel, Corporate Secretary

Michael has extensive experience accompanying public and private companies covering legal aspects in a wide array of fields, including capital and debt raising, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions and insolvency proceedings. Before joining Peninsula, Michael was employed as an attorney in the Capital Markets and Securities Department at Pearl Cohen law firm. Before that, he served as an attorney in the Commercial and Capital Markets department at Yigal Arnon & Co law firm, where he accompanied Peninsula as an external legal advisor when it was listed at the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Michael has a B.A in Law from the University of Haifa.

Lilach Senderovich
Head of Customer Relations

Lilach has over 15 years of experience in customer relationship management in the financial and insurance fields, at AIG and Bank Leumi. In addition, she worked in the mortgages department of Mizrahi-Tefahot Bank. As part of Lilach’s work in Peninsula, she established the customer service department, which provides fast, flexible, and simple service for Peninsula’s customers.

Sivan Perry
Director of Marketing

Sivan is a veteran marketer with broad experience in managing marketing operations of global companies (ATL + BTL), including digital marketing. Sivan holds a BA in Communication and Political Science from Tel Aviv University, and an MBA in Business Management and Marketing from the College of Management.
