Micah is the founder of Peninsula Group and has lead the company since its inception. He also serves as the chairman of the Israel Association of Credit Companies. In each of the years 2015, 2016 and 2018, Micah was ranked as one of The Marker’s 100 Most Influential People in Israel for his leadership opening the credit market to free competition. Micah volunteers as the chairman of “Concert – Together for Israel” a long-term partnership between the State of Israel and the global pro-Israel leadership to facilitate ongoing strategic cooperation, counter the global Israel delegitimization movement and improve Israel’s positive image and standing in world public opinion. Prior to founding Peninsula, Micah was a general partner in a venture capital fund and a corporate attorney. He holds a law degree from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University and the Recanati School of Business Administration at Tel Aviv University Micah lives in Tel Aviv, Israel with his wife and four children.
Served as Sales and Business Development Director of a foreign bank in Tel Aviv and held several executive marketing and sales management positions at the Halman Aldubi Group and Excellence Nessuah. He has a BA in Economics from the University of Haifa, as well as an MBA.
Has an extensive experience in a variety of senior management positions. Served as CEO of Arkia Israeli Airlines amidst Covid-19 crisis, after serving as Deputy CEO and CFO of the company. Prior to that, served as CFO of Sonol, one of largest oil companies in Israel. In the past, also served as chief economist of Granit HaCarmel (a subsidiary of Azrieli Group) and as senior financial advisor in the economic department of Ernst & Young. Certified CPA with a BA in Accounting and Economics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
Has extensive business experience in a variety of industries – Served as CEO of Gadot Chemical Terminals, L’Oreal Migdal Haemek, and Aluminum Star. In addition, he served in senior management positions at Strauss, S.A. Schstowitz and the consulting company Tepen. He holds a BA in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technion, and an MBA in Business Administration from the – Recanati School of Business at Tel Aviv University.
Has extensive experience in establishing and managing businesses, especially in the financial lending industry. Served as owner and CEO for about 15 years in a credit lending company, with an emphasis on commercial credit to SMB financing companies. In his training, as a senior risk manager and compliance officer he gained extensive knowledge and in-depth understanding of the legal and risk management worlds.
Has extensive experience accompanying ongoing public and private companies in a wide array of fields, including capital and debt raising, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions and insolvency proceedings. Prior to joining Peninsula was employed as an Attorney in the Capital Markets and Securities Department at Pearl Cohen law firm. Prior to that, was employed as an Attorney in the Commercial and Capital Markets department at Yigal Arnon & Co law firm, where he accompanied Peninsula as an external legal advisor from the time it had entered the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Has a B.A in Law from the University of Haifa.
Prior to joining the Peninsula Group, he served as a senior advisor in the economic department of the accounting support team (TS) of Somekh Chaikin, KPMG. Before that, he served as a member of the audit team of public companies in Ernst & Young. Avi has extensive experience in the construction and examination of business models, identification and mapping of performance indicators, as well as the concentration of financial due diligence projects. He holds a BA in Accounting and Business Administration from the College of Management Academic College, a Dean’s list.
She has 15 years of experience in the field of customer relationship management in the financial and insurance worlds at AIG and Bank Leumi. In addition, she worked in the mortgages department of Mizrahi Bank. As part of Lilach’s work in Peninsula, she established the customer service department. Under Lilach’s management, the department provides fast and flexible and simple service for our customers.
Served as marketing manager for global companies. she has gained extensive experience in marketing (ATL + BTL) and digital marketing. She holds a BA in Communication and Political Science from Tel Aviv University and an MBA in Business Management and Marketing from the College of Management.
