עזרא מביא לפנינסולה ניסיון ניהולי ופיננסי עשיר, היכרות מעמיקה עם שוק ההון והעולם העסקי וראייה אסטרטגית, במטרה להוביל את המשך צמיחתה וחיזוק מעמדה בשוק האשראי החוץ־בנקאי בישראל. בעל רישיון לייעוץ השקעות מטעם רשות ניירות ערך ותואר שני במנהל עסקים.

בעלת ניסיון של למעלה מ-20 שנה בליווי ובמימון עסקאות, לרבות עסקאות נדל”ן מורכבות ובעלת היכרות מעמיקה עם המגזר הפיננסי והעסקי בישראל. לאורך הקריירה כיהנה בתפקידי ניהול בכירים, ביניהם מנהלת בכירה בחטיבה העסקית של בנק מזרחי טפחות, מנהלת תחום אשראי באגף ההשקעות של מנורה מבטחים, ומנכ”לית קרן ההתחדשות העירונית של הפניקס ווליו. בנוסף, משמשת כדירקטורית חיצונית בחברת נדל”ן ציבורית.

בעל ניסיון רב כסמנכ”ל כספים במגוון חברות ציבוריות ופרטיות. כיהן כסמנכ”ל כספים וכדירקטור במגוון חברות פיננסיות (לרבות מוסדות כספיים), חברות אחזקה, חברות תעשייתיות ומסחריות כגון: מיטב בית השקעות בע”מ, מיטב טרייד בע”מ, קבוצת גאון בע”מ וגאון אחזקות בע”מ. רו”ח מוסמך בעל תואר B.B. במנהל עסקים התמחות בחשבונאות, המסלול האקדמי של המכללה למנהל בתל אביב.

בעל ניסיון עשיר של מעל ל – 12 שנים בניהול אשראי עסקי, בהi כיהן כמנהל במחלקה עסקית בבנק מוביל, כאנליסט וכקצין אשראי בכיר. בתפקידו הקודם שימש כמנהל מחלקת סיכוני אשראי בחברת פנינסולה. בעל תואר ראשון בכלכלה מאוניברסיטת תל אביב.

בעל ניסיון של 16 שנים בתחום האשראי העסקי, מימון חברות, נדל״ן ויהלומנים.
בתפקידו הקודם כיהן כמנהל מגזר יהלומים בבנק אגוד לישראל בע״מ וזאת לאחר שמילא שורה של תפקידים ניהוליים בתחום האשראי העסקי בבנק.

מגיעה מתחום התקשורת והתחום הפנסיוני. בעל ניסיון ניהולי עשיר של מעל ל-12 שנים בעולמות של קשרי לקוחות, תפעול וארגון ושיטות. בתפקידיה הקודמים הייתה אחראית על תהליכים חוצי ארגון בהטמעת נהלי עבודה ומערכות מידע. בעלת תואר ראשון במדעי המדינה מהאוניברסיטה הפתוחה.

בעלת ניסיון של למעלה מ-20 שנים בתחום האשראי העסקי, סחר חוץ, יהלומים ונדל”ן. בעברה מילאה תפקידים ניהוליים שונים בבנק איגוד לישראל בתחום האשראי העסקי והיהלומים. בתפקידיה הקודמים בחברה שימשה כמנהלת אשראי יהלומנים ומנהלת סיכוני אשראי. בעלת תואר ראשון מהאוניברסיטה הפתוחה והכשרת דירקטורים מאוניברסיטת בר-אילן.

בעל ניסיון רב בליווי שוטף של חברות ציבוריות ופרטיות במגוון רחב של תחומים, לרבות גיוסי הון וחוב, מיזוגים ורכישות. לשעבר עורך דין במחלקת שוק ההון בפירמת ‘פרל כהן צדק לצר ברץ’. קודם לכן עבד כעורך דין במחלקה המסחרית וניירות ערך בפירמת יגאל ארנון ושות’, כאשר במסגרת זו ליווה את קבוצת פנינסולה כיועץ משפטי חיצוני החל ממועד כניסתה לבורסה בתל אביב. בעל תואר ראשון במשפטים מאוניברסיטת חיפה.

Michael has over 25 years of extensive experience in the finance and credit sectors within the Israeli market. Throughout his career, he has held a series of professional and managerial positions, providing him with broad knowledge and in-depth understanding of the operations of leading companies across various business sectors. In his role as Manager of the Central and Southern branches, he is responsible for leading business activities in these regions, applying his professional expertise in managing complex credit operations and tailoring them to the evolving needs of clients and the market.

Ishay has approximately 20 years of experience in the non-bank credit sector, including over 15 years at Peninsula. Throughout his career, he has gained expertise in providing financial guidance to businesses and creating customized credit solutions, with a strong focus on building long-term client relationships. In his previous roles, he served as a Sales Manager at a factoring and credit voucher company and as an Account Manager at a mobile telecommunications company. Ishay holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), and his professional reputation is built on combining deep financial knowledge with close, personalized client support throughout all stages of operations.

A senior executive in Israel’s financial sector, with 24 years of experience across investments, credit, and financial services. Throughout his career, Ezra has held senior management positions at Harel, Tachelit, and Meitav. Most recently, he served as CEO of Meitav Finance.

Ezra brings to Peninsula extensive management and financial expertise, deep knowledge of the capital markets and business environment, and a strategic perspective. His goal is to lead the company’s continued growth and strengthen its position in Israel’s non-bank credit market. He holds an Investment Advisory License issued by the Israel Securities Authority and an MBA.

Yafit Yehuda has over 20 years of extensive experience in managing and financing transactions, including real estate deals. She brings a deep familiarity with the financial and business sectors of the Israeli economy. Her career includes senior management roles in the Corporate Division of Mizrahi Tefahot Bank, as well as serving as Credit Manager in the Investment Division of Menora Mivtachim. She was also CEO of the Phoenix Value Urban Renewal Fund and currently serves as an external director at a public real estate company.

Nissim Laham possesses vast experience as a CFO in various public and private companies. He has held roles as CFO and board member in numerous financial institutions (including financial organizations), holding companies, industrial firms, and commercial enterprises such as Meitav Investment House Ltd., Meitav Trade Ltd., Gaon Group Ltd., and Gaon Holdings Ltd. Laham is a certified public accountant (CPA) and holds a B.B. degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting from the College of Management Academic Studies in Tel Aviv.

Roy Maman has over 12 years of extensive experience in managing business credit. His career includes serving as a manager in the corporate department of a leading bank, as an analyst, and as a senior credit officer. In his previous role, he served as Head of Credit Risk at Peninsula. Maman holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Tel Aviv University.

Has 16 years of experience in the field of business credit, corporate finance, real estate and diamonds.
In his previous position, he served as director of the diamond sector at Union Bank of Israel Ltd., after holding various management positions in the department of business credit.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a specialization in finance and IT from the College of Management and a master’s degree in business administration with a specialization in finance and the capital market from the Ono Academic Campus.

Einav Plid has experience in telecommunications and pension sectors. She has over 12 years of extensive managerial experience in the fields of client relations, operations, and organization and methods. In her previous roles, she was responsible for cross-organizational processes involving the implementation of work procedures and information systems. Plid holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the Open University.

Has over 20 years of experience in the fields of business credit, foreign trade, diamonds and real estate.In the past, she held various managerial positions at Union Bank of Israel in the field of business credit and diamonds.In her previous positions at the company, she served as a diamond credit manager and credit risk manager.She holds a bachelor’s degree from the Open University and director training from Bar-Ilan University.

Michael has extensive experience accompanying public and private companies covering legal aspects in a wide array of fields, including capital and debt raising, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions and insolvency proceedings. Before joining Peninsula, Michael was employed as an attorney in the Capital Markets and Securities Department at Pearl Cohen law firm. Before that, he served as an attorney in the Commercial and Capital Markets department at Yigal Arnon & Co law firm, where he accompanied Peninsula as an external legal advisor when it was listed at the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Michael has a B.A in Law from the University of Haifa.
