Ilan Raviv serves as CEO of Meitav Dash Investments Ltd. His former positions include CEO of U-bank, Manager at the Jacob Safra Bank in Switzerland, head of the Financial Transactions Department at Discount Bank, Senior Dealer at the Foreign Currency Reserve Management Team of the Bank of Israel, President of the Israel Forex Association and Senior Dealer at British Petroleum.
Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors
Avner Stepak is one of the owners of the Meitav-Dash Investments Ltd. and is engaged in formulating the Group’s strategy and business development. He serves as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of the public company, and as a director in some of the Group’s companies. He held various positions at Meitav-Dash, including CEO of the Group until March 2010. He holds a degree in Communication and Business Administration from Tel Aviv University, and an MBA from Tel Aviv University’s Recanati School of Business Administration.

Micah Avni is a former General Partner in the venture capital fund Jerusalem Global Ventures and attorney at the Yigal Arnon & Co., one of Israel’s leading law firms. He is a member of the Advisory Board of Fundbox, and he holds a law degree from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University and the Recanati School of Business Administration at Tel Aviv University. He served as a combat soldier in the Golani Brigade.
Ron Bedney serves as Managing Partner at Himalaya Family Office. From 2010 to 2014 he was the CEO of U-bank of the International Bank Group, and previously was the manager of the Global Treasury at Discount Bank from 2006 to 2009. He is also a director in Migdal Capital Markets. Bedney holds an MBA in Finance from Tel Aviv University and a BA in Business Administration and Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Eli Vortman is the Chairman of nJOY, the leading American company in the field of electronic cigarettes. Prior to this, he served as general partner at Benchmark Capital from 2006 to 2012, after serving as the CEO of JVP Studio, a venture capital firm located in Jerusalem, where he focused on investments in seed stages in the fields of media and consumption. Before joining the venture capital community, he founded Deltathree.com, a leading company in VoIP telephony, and led its IPO on NASDAQ. He is active in several non-profit organizations in Jerusalem. Eli Vortman holds a BA from Columbia University and the Jewish Theological Seminary of America.
Rami Antin is a director in several public companies, including Avgol, Hilan, Babylon, Cimatron and private companies – Avnat and Intensives Solutions. In the past, he held positions as a CFO and co-CEO. He has a BA in Economics and Accounting, CPA and an MBA, and completed an advanced management course at Harvard University.
Ira Friedman was the CEO of Tamir Fishman Investment House. She is one of the founders of Ofek, the first social bank in Israel, and is the VP of Social Finance Israel. She has an MBA from the Hebrew University.
