Eylon Penchas

- Eylon serves as Vice President of Dovrat & Co., an exclusive investment group with a reputation for excellence in the private equity market. At Dovrat & Co., Eylon is responsible for the execution and management of new investments, as well as for the initiation and establishment of new investment funds. Eylon is the Managing Partner of D Partners - a private equity fund dedicated for private investors. Eylon was a member of the founding teams, and currently is a member of the investment committees of the Plenus Venture Lending Fund and of Peregrine Ventures. Eylon is also responsible for investor relations and is in charge of the financial management of portfolio investments at Dovrat & Co.

Prior to joining Aharon Dovrat and Shlomo Dovrat in the establishment of Dovrat & Co., Eylon was a member of the Dovrat Shrem Group, where he was responsible for investment banking activities in the field of private placements. From 1994 to 1998, Eylon worked at Bezeq - The Israel Telecommunications Corporation - where he rose to be Manager of the Business Development Division. Eylon holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and an MBA in Finance, with honors, from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Nir Brunstein

- Nir serves as the President and CEO of Poalim Capital Markets, the investment banking arm of Bank Hapoalim, Israel's largest commercial bank. Prior to joining Poalim Capital Markets, Nir was President, CEO and a founder of Tamir Fishman Asset Management, a subsidiary of Tamir Fishman & Co., one of Israel's largest investment banks. Nir also served as an Executive Vice President at Tamir Fishman & Co., in charge of the firm's asset management activity. Earlier, Nir was the founder and President of K.B.M. Asset Management. Nir is also engaged in major community involvement projects in Israel.

Darren Rockman

- Darren is a Partner at Goldman Investments, a private equity firm. Darren also serves as the interim Managing Director of Prefixit, a UK software company that develops and markets PC management software to IT professionals. Prior to joining Goldman Investments, Darren was a founder of Isratec -Strategic and Marketing Consultants Ltd. and a founding director of Tradeum Technologies Ltd. Before moving to Israel, Darren practiced law with Arthur Robinson & Hedderwicks, the largest law firm in Austrailia. Darren holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and an LLB in Law from Monash University in Australia.
